Yusuf Folohunsho Zubair, Esq., was born on 6th July 1973 in Ilorin, Kwara State. He attended Pakata L.S.M.B. School and later Ilorin Grammar School before acquiring practical experience in printing in Lagos.

He obtained a Diploma in Common and Islamic Law from the Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies, affiliated with Bayero University, Kano, and later earned an LL.B. (Combined Honors) in Common and Islamic Law from the University of Ilorin in 2005. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 and subsequently obtained an LL.M. from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in 2016.

Barr. Zubair began his legal career with Messrs Shehu & Shehu Associates, Olohungbebe Chambers, and later joined the Public Complaints Commission in 2016, where he currently serves as Assistant Chief State Counsel in the Kwara State Office.

He is married to Aminat and blessed with children. He is known for his dedication, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to service.
